4. Composition:
4.1 Boiler System
Boiler is mainly used for supplying steam for the foaming equipment to foam EPS foam, we used electric heating boiler, which is heating water by electric energy to obtain the specified parameters of steam or hot water, the boiler’s thermal efficiency is higher than 98%, electricity is used for the boiler to heat, clean and pollution-free at site.
Remark: Oil and gas boilers are also available at customers' request.
4.2 EPS Foaming Machine
High precise guiding pressure reducing value controls the temperature and steam pressure of the closed barrel, ensuring the outcome pressure of the valve constant and the inner temperature ontrolled with 1%, which keeps the foamed material equal and prevents the bead agglomerate because of the bad temperature control.
This machine can realize the primary and second expansion.
