Product Introduction:
The Flexible Clay Wall Tile produced under the use of natural raw inorganic silt soil with modern high-tech carbon fiber polymer coating technology and modified temperature curve in heterogeneous catalysis actinic.
It makes the product itself much lighter and softer. Especially for external wall of high-rise building, it is more secure and reliable.
Features:
1. Vanjoin Flexible Clay Wall Tile adopts natural modified mineral powder as aggregates, green plant fiber and other natural polymers as the reinforced materials, and thereby it reaches the goal of non-pollution directly and indirectly.
2. Compared with the external wall marble and granite’s dry-hang construction, this product’s construction is more portable and handy, greatly shortened the construction period.
3. Take natural original materials as mechanism, with previous generations’ craft products and modern art makings as basis, collecting over 300 kinds color tones and natural-born tint, it is elegant and abundant.
4. It can be used for 30-50 years for outdoor use (according to different external environments), and 50 years for indoor use, non-discoloring, according with modern city buildings’ back-to-nature features.
5. Natural raw materials makes the product does not contain formaldehyde, Volatile Organic Compounds (VCO) and other harmful volatile and radioactive compounds.
