Construction Procedures and Precautions of Coating Base Layer Water Resistant:
1. Base Treatment:
First, clean up dust and other adhesions on the basic layer; for the hollow place and small hole area of wall, screed smoothly by mortar; let it dry, then use detergent to clean the oil stains,
finally use water to clean it.
2. Mix Putty Powder:
According to putty powder and water ratio at 1:0.4, mix the putty powder evenly; use the electric mixer for mixing until paste and elastic. With different climate and environment,
just take this data only for reference, can adjust by site condition.
3. Fully Scraping Putty Powder:
Put the putty powder on a plate, then scrape the powder on the wall with a trowel or rubber scraper from top to bottom. Scrape once or twice, according to base layer and decoration requirements. After scraping the powder, it should smooth the powder surface overall. Every scraping, the powder should not be too thick. If need brush coating, please polish the surface after the powder dried. During polishing, wave or polishing scratch is not allowed. Remove the ash when finish polishing.
4. Precautions:
1) Storage environment should be ventilated and dry place, no damp no exposure.
2) When the putty powder painting finished, the theoretical strength data reaches to the maximum should need 28 days, if test needed, please do it after 1 week until its strength condensed.
