Brief introduction:

VANJOIN Soft Ceramic Tile mainly consists of continuous phase aggregate, such as natural mineral powder, construction waste powder, flyash, etc.; reinforced materials, such as nano-fiber materials, nano polymer bonding materials, etc.; and function materials, along with initiator, catalyst, coupling agent; through modification under microwave radiation temperature curve under heterogeneous catalysis, forming three-dimensional reticular structure by crosslinking internal polymer chain of mixture, which invests VANJOIN Soft Ceramic Tile with abundant expressive force and physical and chemical performance. The production process realized zero release and zero pollution.

Tile is an ideal material of architectural ornament at present and in the future.

Features:

1. Installed firmly, no falling off risk.
Vanjoin ecological materials use natural polymer materials as raw material, such as natural modified mineral powder and green plant fiber, whose main ingredients are similar to the wall cement. Therefore according to the principle of Homogeneous molecular and ion’s inter-infiltration, the longer service time the wall panel is, the better the joint connection with the wall is. They could even come into a whole piece, so that realize non falling off forever.

2. Full body, anti UV, never fade.
Vanjoin ecological materials use natural modified mineral powder’s own color, which has bright and various surface color and the same inside color. The powder has a great anti UV function at the same time. Therefore, it will never fade.

3. Light weight: 1/7 of traditional ceramic tile

4. Flame retardant and smokeless, level A1 fireproofing.

5. Self cleaning and waterproof

6. Easy constrution: the construction cost is only 1/3 of traditional ceramic tiles.

Application:

Usually used for outdoor wall more often, and can be also used for indoor wall decoration.

Installation:

1 . After basic level processing , setting line , snap the line for positioning .
2 . Scrape slurry behind the product , full slurry rate above 80% , pull out jagged lines .
3 . Hands moving and pressing , adjust the seam width .
4 . Use plastic bag filled of sealant to fill the joints or use silicone adhesive to seal and flap the joints , press with finger is strictly prohibited .
5 . When the sealant is semi-dry , use the steel bar to pull a concave joint .
6 . Some place polluted by adhesive & sealant , use batch knife to scrape .
7 . Use a dry sponge to remove the ash .
8 . Construction completed.
